  The man was quite rude and abrupt when I asked him to show me something on my vac. He told me I should read my manual. Of course this was after I paid $100 to have him fix something. And he replaced a filter , which he said , HAD TO BE REPLACE, and that he was only charging me the cost of the filter. Well did he lie. I looked it up after the fact- shame on me- and it was $20 on Amazon. He charged me $43. Looks like I won't be going back there
